…when you are not expecting them.
This morning was such a moment in room 164. Majda Zlassi, ITMP 10, came to present a live case. This is a creativity sprint in which ITMPs propose solutions to a real problem coming from the real world. Majda should have spent 15 minutes talking about her companies and then presented the problem and then the ITMPs should have worked.
Instead, she talked and talked and talked, and showed some of her services on the screen, and we listened…spellbound and enchanted as she unpacked the entrepreneur’s secret treasure chest and shared her achievements, dreams, ambitions, convictions, values, strategies, hesitations, scenarios with the 14 ITMPs.
It was like a concert.
A real innovation masterclass.
In a very subtle way the live case « service » did happen, because the ITMPs asked some sharp and profound questions. A MAPCO commissioned project will certainly be proposed.
I am glad I stayed to listen to this charming but fierce French woman!
